Welcome! We are Skot and Eliza Robinson, the proud owners of The Hub Pizza. We’ve poured our hearts into this place, and it’s truly been an incredible adventure. Every day, we feel so fortunate to serve the wonderful people of this community.

Skot has been part of The Hub from the very beginning, back in those early days in Enoch, and it’s been amazing to see how far we’ve come. We’d love for you to join us on this journey, celebrating the stories, flavors, and memories that have made The Hub what it is today. Whether you’re a longtime friend or a new face, we can’t wait to share our love for great pizza and good times with you.

Andrea has been with The Hub for more than 10 years and is the day to day heartbeat of what makes The Hub great! She has helped create and maintain our family style culture and makes sure all of our employees are trained and happy.

- 2013

Three cousins purchased a closing pizzeria in small town Enoch, UT and started "The Hub Pizza & Pantry"!

Our original vision was to create a gathering space (a hub) for family and friends to gather and enjoy good food and company.

We also wanted to fill a need for Enoch and offer a few staple grocery items. We stocked Cheese, Bread, Eggs, Milk, Chips, and much more!

2015 -

Started offering so many different items that we changed our name to "The Hub Pizza & More". Had a weekly "mini farmers market" where we sold fresh vegetables and fruits from Utah Farmers.

Took a leap and opened a 2nd location on North main street in Cedar City!

2020 -

I'm sure we all remember 2020 and the impact the Covid pandemic had on our communities. We were lucky and able to keep our shops open, but becusae of rising food costs and the strain of keeping two stores staffed, we made the hard decision to merge our two locations into one.

As much as we love Enoch, and didn't want to leave, we needed a spot where we could expand and keep up with demand. So we ended up moving out of Enoch and merged into our Cedar Location. What a crazy year!

- Present Day

Coming back after 2020, we're going strong! We love attending the International Pizza Expo each year to keep learning and growing and bringing our expertise back to Cedar City.

Officially renamed to "The Hub Pizza Co."

We're so excited to be here, making great pizza and serving our community. It's a joy to see familiar faces and welcome new ones at The Hub. Thank you for being a part of our success and letting us be a part of your lives!
